May the new year bring you happiness, peace, prosperity, and great foodie moments of course! Wishing you a happy year ahead and reviewing some of my best culinary achievements.
Another year has come and gone, and once again as I reflect upon it I can’t help but feel that the time passed so quickly. I’m grateful for the Christmas holidays that passed, as it was a wonderful time to gather family and friends to enjoy each other’s presence and to celebrate the season with wholesome home-cooked food. I know I haven’t been able to post for months at a time due to the demands of my profession, but I thank you for keeping me company this past year. I appreciate your readership and comments, as I do my best to keep up with the backlog of recipes I still have to share.
I realize I neglected to mention one important milestone. This past fall, as I was busy traveling to various medical conferences, Graceful Cuisine turned two! Thank you for visiting, for trying my recipes, and for your encouragement. I could not do this without you!
I hope you had a wonderful holiday, and that you greet 2014 with optimism and courage. Cheers to many more delicious meals together!
